AMC Photo Drive Privacy Policy

AMC Photo Drive is an internal tool operated by Auto Mow Company, LLC.

Information accessed and used
The tool accesses files and associated information from designated company Slack channels and copies them to an authorized Google Drive account. It uses Google Drive file and folder identifiers and metadata to organize saved files and prevent duplicate uploads. Its Google Drive access is limited to files created by or authorized for use with the application.

Processing and storage
The tool processes transfers through Cloudflare Workers and stores copied files in the connected Google Drive account. Authorization credentials and operational records are retained as needed to maintain the connection and track transfers.

Sharing
Information is used for company file storage and internal operations. It is processed through Slack, Cloudflare, and Google as needed to provide this functionality. Access to saved files is governed by the destination Google Drive account’s sharing settings. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Security
Access to the tool and its authorization credentials is restricted to authorized personnel. Credentials must be stored securely and are not published on this website.

Retention and deletion
Copied files remain in Google Drive until deleted by authorized personnel. Disconnecting the application stops future access but does not automatically delete previously copied files. To request deletion of application-held credentials or operational records, contact us.

Your choices
You may revoke the application’s Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Authorized personnel may delete copied files directly in Google Drive.
